Information you provide
Newsletter forms collect an email address and consent confirmation. Contact forms collect your name, email address, selected topic, and message. We use that information only to deliver the requested communication, respond to you, operate the publication, and meet legal obligations.
Site and referral data
The production site may process basic device, browser, page, and referral information for security and aggregate audience measurement. When affiliate links are active, a partner network or merchant may use cookies or similar identifiers to attribute a qualifying purchase. Findly does not receive your full payment-card details from those links.
Service providers
Findly uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. Newsletter delivery, analytics, and affiliate attribution providers will be named here before those services are enabled. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies.
Retention and choices
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, keep an appropriate business record, or comply with law. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link included in each email. You may use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
